FAQ'S
WHO WE ARE
We’re a small, independent business based in Mid Cornwall. Every design is hand-drawn and created by our own team, inspired by the places, wildlife and community around us.
As we’re just starting out, we’ve chosen to work with a third-party printing and fulfilment service that allows us to make our clothing to order rather than buying large amounts of stock upfront. For us, this feels like a more sustainable way to begin — helping us avoid unnecessary waste while we learn which designs people love most and see where the business takes us.
At the heart of what we do are three things: sustainability, authenticity and community.
We want our business to have a positive impact beyond the clothes we create. As we grow, we hope to regularly support local charities AND conservation projects. AS WELL AS causes that help protect Cornwall’s communities, coastlines and wildlife.

We’d also love to use our clothing to raise money for THESE, and eventually bring people together through local meet-ups and beach CLEANS.
We’re only just getting started, but we want to grow in a way that feels right TO US.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All items are made to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photo evidence. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Email: refunds@currentclothing.co.uk
As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item meets one of the following:
-
The product has a manufacturing defect
-
The item has been printed incorrectly
-
The product arrives damaged or faulty
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photographic evidence showing the issue (e.g. damage, defect, or printing error) to help us assess your claim promptly.
We understand that issues can arise outside of these conditions. While we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges in such cases, we will review each enquiry individually and do our best to provide a fair resolution.
We are continually working towards developing a more sustainable and flexible returns and exchange process, and appreciate your understanding and support.
