All items are made to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photo evidence. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item meets one of the following:

The product has a manufacturing defect

The item has been printed incorrectly

The product arrives damaged or faulty
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photographic evidence showing the issue (e.g. damage, defect, or printing error) to help us assess your claim promptly.
We understand that issues can arise outside of these conditions. While we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges in such cases, we will review each enquiry individually and do our best to provide a fair resolution.
